Booking Terms and Conditions

Our Responsibility

• Future Hits Ltd. is protected by full public liability insurance and equipment cover.
• All electrical equipment is regularly tested.
• Future Hits Ltd. will carry out regular risk assessments.
• Future Hits Ltd. will provide manuals or training for safe and proper use of equipment, if required. 

Client Responsibility
You will use all equipment in the Future Hits Studio with care, and read appropriate manuals, where necessary, to ensure proper use of the equipment provided and limit potential damage (i.e. to speakers).

It is your responsibility to inform Future Hits Ltd., if you require training for the safe and proper use of any and all equipment utilised within the duration of your booking. You will be held personally liable for accidental damage caused by improper use of equipment.

You accept responsibility for any damage to equipment owned by Future Hits Ltd. (and named directors), including as a result of negligence, caused by you or any member of your party in the duration of your booking.

You accept responsibility for any accident or injury incurred by you or any member of your party in the duration of your booking, as a result of negligence, or otherwise.

If you and members of your party should all leave the studio room, for any reason in the duration of your booking, you will ensure the studio door is properly closed behind you and cannot be opened from the outside without a code.

Self-Service Bookings

You will have been given a key to the front door of the building and the studio door code for the duration of your booking.

To ensure safety and security please follow the following procedures upon departure:

• Safely switch off all equipment and electronic devices and lights (excl. Desktop computer).
• Please leave the key in the money box provided inside the studio.
• Ensure the studio door is properly closed behind you and cannot be opened from the outside without a code.
• Ensure the front building door is properly closed without a key.
• If leaving after 10pm, set the front alarm, as shown by a Future Hits member. 

The booking holder will be personally liable in the event of any damage, fire or theft, caused by failure to adhere to the above procedure.
